This project transformed a classic 1928 bungalow into a highly efficient, custom-tailored residence. Working within a strict budget, I focused on high-impact renovations that blended modern functionality with natural, salvaged materials, many of which were sourced directly from local recovery sources. By replacing bulky cabinetry with open shelving, gutting and modernizing the bathrooms, and designing custom-made furniture that integrates seamlessly into the architecture, I turned a compact footprint into a spacious, cohesive home that honors its historic roots.
