I led the top-to-bottom revitalization of this historic Victorian home in Louisville's Highlands neighborhood. Acting as both the project lead and designer, I managed every facet of the restoration, from curating specialized crews (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and masonry) to executing the design vision. The goal was to honor the property's 19th-century soul while creating a modern, cohesive floor plan. I personally sourced historic materials, including reclaimed hardwoods, and oversaw every design choice, including the custom kitchen layouts, tile-and-grout specifications, strategic lighting, and paint palette. The result is a home that feels both rediscovered and renewed, for a timeless living experience.
